Pitsnee is an associate at Kudun and Partners, active in the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation practice. She has experience advising and representing both domestic and international clients in court trials and mediation across a wide range of legal matters, including corporate and commercial disputes, criminal cases, employment disputes, and intellectual property matters. Her experience also extends to the civil enforcement of court judgments.

- Representing individual clients in a civil case involving a false claim of complicity with a leading Thai commercial bank in defrauding a bank customer, resulting in the court dismissing the claim.
- Representing an inquiry officer in a criminal case concerning unlawful abuse of function, resulting in the Central Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases dismissing the public prosecutor’s claim.
- Representing a South Korean engineering and construction company in a civil lawsuit and mediation, leading to favorable settlements with the opposing party.
- Representing an American textile and furniture manufacturing company in a civil lawsuit against its trade partner for breach of sale and purchase contracts, resulting in the court’s recognition of electronic transactions and a favorable judgment.
- Representing an American technology and digital communications solutions company in a civil lawsuit and mediating a settlement with a leading Thai commercial bank, resulting in a favorable outcome.
- Representing a Thai sawmill and wood distribution company in a civil case involving an unjust claim, resulting in the court reducing the claimed amount by more than 85%.
- Conducting civil enforcement of a judgment, resulting in full recovery of the judgment debt.
