Supatra is an associate with Kudun and Partners Limited. She has extensive experience in advising both local and international clients on corporate law, capital markets and tax. Apart from multi corporations, she also represented various startup companies on a spectrum of legal services required by startups including shareholding structures, share subscriptions, employment agreements, and seed and series funding. Her expertise extends across a wide variety of industries including property development, media & publishing, hospitality, renewable energy and personal products.

- Representing MFIP Company Limited in the financing from Japan South East Asia Finance Fund L.P. in the aggregate facilities value of approximately THB 618 million (USD 19.5 million) for providing loan to Linksman International Limited for the acquisition of all shares in Microfiber Industries Limited.
- Representing Gunkul Power Development Company Limited in connection with providing advice on the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contract; and Operation and Maintenance Agreement for a solar power plant project.
- Representing the shareholders of Dacon Inspection Technology Company Limited in connection with advising on the legal requirements for a capital increase transaction including implementation assistance for the capital increase registration.
- Representing Chan Development Company Limited, a Thai cosmetic manufacturing and trading company, in connection with its investment in a joint venture entity to manufacture cosmetics and perfume in Thailand with a Hong Kong partner.

- Representing Miss Parleerat Panboonhom in connection with the acquisition of shares in Thailand Iron Works Public Company Limited through an unconditional voluntary tender offer with the deal value of THB 1,086 million (USD 34.2 million).
- Representing T.K.S. Technologies Public Company Limited, a Thai listed company with the restructuring of its group business, in respect of the printing business and the acquisition through a tender offer of all issued shares in TBSP Public Company Limited.
