  • Advising and representing Scan Inter Public Company Limited in relation to the takeover of VO Net Biodiesel Asia Company Limited, who is the owner of a solar power plant with a capacity of 1.267 MW by way of whole share acquisition.
  • Advising and representing Scan Inter Public Company Limited, a member of SCN-CHO Consortium (consisting of Scan Inter Public Company Limited and Cho Thavee Public Company Limited) for the submission of bidding proposal for 489 NGV Buses Procurement to the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority.
  • Advising and representing Thaifoods Group Public Company Limited in relation to takeover Food Blessing (1988) Company Limited, who is a producer of sauce and seasoning products supplied in domestic and overseas by way of whole share acquisition with the total value of THB 250 million (approximately USD 8 million).
  • Advising and representing NCP Consortium — consisting of a total of four local entities and one foreign entity from China, which are Prima Marine Public Company Limited, Nathalin Company Limited, PHS Organic Healing Company Limited (subsidiaries of Nathalin Company Limited), Associate Infinity Company Limited (subsidiaries of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited), and China Railway Construction Corporation Limited — in connection with the submission of bidding proposal to the Port Authority of Thailand for the development and operation of Laem Chabang Port Phase 3 Terminal F Project.
  • Advising and representing Laos-based Phongsubthavy Roads and Bridges Construction and Irrigation Co (PSG) having the local name as ບໍລິສັດ ພົງຊັບທະວີ ກໍ່ສ້າງຂົວທາງ, ເຄຫາສະຖານ ແລະ ຊົນລະປະທານ ຈໍາກັດຜູ້ດຽວ in relation to the sale of all shares in Nam San 3A Power Sole Company Limited, who is the owner of a hydropower plant with the capacity of 69 MW in the Lao PDR by way of whole share acquisition with the total value of approximately THB 5.3 billion (approximately USD 169.8 million).

  • Advising and representing NCP Consortium — consisting of a total of four local entities and one foreign entity from China, which are Prima Marine Public Company Limited, Nathalin Company Limited, PHS Organic Healing Company Limited (subsidiaries of Nathalin Company Limited), Associate Infinity Company Limited (subsidiaries of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited), and China Railway Construction Corporation Limited — in challenging the unlawful order of dismissing its bidding proposal for Laem Chabang Port Phase 3 Terminal F Project of the Port Authority of Thailand which has an initial value approximately Baht 155.834 billion.
