Kudun and Partners bolsters its regulatory and compliance expertise with hire from a global accountancy firm.

March 1, 2022: Thanyaluck Thongrompo (Bee) has joined Kudun and Partners as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A Practice, focusing on permits, licenses, regulatory, and compliance work. Bee joins from PKF Thailand Ltd., a member firm of PKF International, where she has been a partner in the firm’s corporate legal team since 2020. Prior to PKF Thailand, she formerly worked with Bolliger & Company Consulting Ltd., DFDL Mekong (Thailand) Limited and KPMG Phoomchai Tax & Legal Ltd.

About Thanyaluck Thongrompo (Bee)

Thanyaluck has over 18 years of experience in dealing with a vast array of legal issues for both local and international clients including company formation; mergers; acquisitions and legal due diligence; dealing with licenses, permits and contracts; Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (“IEAT”) incentives; Board of Investment (“BOI”) incentives; as well as tax exemptions, personal data protection, intellectual property, banking services, etc.

She also provides legal services including advising clients on foreign ownership structures and restrictions, corporate and commercial matters, employment, visas and work permits, legal aspects related to incorporation and dissolution; real estate ownership and possession; reviewing and drafting commercial agreements; and drafting wills and inheritance.

Thanyaluck is a licensed lawyer and a notarial services attorney and a member of the Thai Bar Association. She holds two master’s degrees: an LL.M from King’s College London, UK, and an LL.M, from Thammasat University, Thailand. She received her LL.B from Thammasat University, Thailand.

Thanyaluck is joined by Sirapat Chaisarnseri and Sikarin Sripaoraya, associates, who will assist her with regulatory and compliance matters.
