    • Represented a leading luxury brand in a dispute over trademark and trade name violation.*
    • Represented several leading manufacturers of food, ingredient, cosmetic, shampoo and soap in disputes over trademark infringement.*
    • Represented several international companies in disputes concerning revocation of the decisions of the Trademark Board and Registrar on the trademark registration.*

Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement

    • Forced an infringing party to cease a trademark infringement and execute a Deed of Execution within one week of receipt of cease-and-desist letter.*
    • Represented an Italian consortium of cheese makers negotiating with Thai food manufacturer regarding improper use of geographical indication*
    • Liaised with the Thai Economic Police and Customs officers in conducting IP enforcement action against infringer.*
