    • Assisted a large multinational online payment gateway company with presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong and Thailand on licensing requirements for various types of payment service in Thailand with the Bank of Thailand.
    • Drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts and legal documents.
    • Conducting onboarding Know-Your-Client (KYC) process and reviewing of the ICO prospectus of the issuer’s project.
    • Drafting and reviewing various documents for blockchain-based businesses, which include the AML/CTPF policy, whitepaper and litepaper, terms and conditions, and website’s cookies policy and privacy policy.
