    • Advising on extensive multi-national companies in full set of foreign entry set up, including regulatory advisory, BOI application, reviewing and negotiating on the land sale and purchase agreement, EPCM contact and construction contract, employment and labor management contracts, work rules and compliance training.
    • Advising one of Thailand’s petrochemical conglomerate that specializes in synthesizing olefinsand aromatics on foreign direct investment in China, including foreign business restriction, incorporation implementation and regulatory advisories of doing business in China.

    • Representing an Asia-based logistic company in majority interst acquisition of a BVI company having southeast Asia multiple business existences, including advising and implementing shareholing structuring, due diligence in several juritic regions and transaction documents.

Dispute Reoslution

    • Asssiting China State Construction Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the Thialand subsidiary of the Chinese construction conglomerate, in filing administrative case against Expressway Authority of Thailand regarding a prominent expressway project bidding.
    • Assisting Sany Group Co., Ltd., one of the largest Chinese heavy machine manufacturer company in Thailand Supreme Court stage on a trademark dispute case against Daimler AG, the owner of “Mercedes-Benz” trademark.
    • Assisting the client, a subsidiary company of the Jiangxi Provincial Water Resources Bureau in the Jiangxi province, China in construction business of facilities, utility systems and other civil engineering projects involved in water – on an Engineering, Procument and Construction litigation case, as well as the enforcement stage against a local Thai company.
    • Assisting a Thialand leading real estate developer against a China state-owned construction company and its Thai subsidiary in a complicated and multi-jurisdiction involved construction contract dispute and guarantee contract dispute in the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (the “CIETAC”) .
