However, while startups are sometimes brilliant and innovative in their ideas, they often overlook important and critical issues, such as the basic laws and rules and regulations governing businesses.
These include the relationships between the shareholders, protecting intellectual property rights, forms of contracts, and employment-related compliance to maintaining corporate documents. These rarely get any attention until legal disputes arise from one or more of these issues. In some circumstances, it might be costly or even too late to address such legal issues, be it a legal dispute or inspection by authorities, which could have been avoided from the outset.

He has substantial experience representing sellers and purchasers in a wide spectrum of public and private transactions across a broad range of industries, including financial services, power and renewable energy (solar and wind), real estate/property development and technology, media and telecoms (TMT) including tech start-ups and e-commerce. He has managed a wide variety of projects, including providing legal services for fund-raising projects in the TMT industries (tech start-ups) and acting as legal counsel in connection with a bidding process to acquire a major international fast-food franchise with over 200 branches in Thailand.
