On April 26, 2025, Kudun and Partners was delighted to participate in the inaugural session of the KH Legal Aid initiative, a pro bono legal education program launched by KH Academy, with the aim of enhancing public understanding of the Bankruptcy Act.
Our partner, Kongwat Akaramanee, and associate, Sunantha Thungla, led an engaging session titled “Unraveling the Complexities of Bankruptcy”, providing attendees with practical insights into bankruptcy proceedings, creditor-debtor relations, and legal rights under Thai bankruptcy law. The event was well-received by a diverse audience, including students, professionals, and members of the public.
KH Legal Aid is a monthly seminar series organized by KH Academy, a non-profit educational institution supported by leading Thai corporations such as B.Grimm Power, BTS Group Holdings, Krungthai Bank, and Kasikorn Asset Management. The program offers free legal education to the public on various topics.
At Kudun and Partners, we believe that empowering the public with legal knowledge is fundamental to building a just and equitable society. We are proud to contribute to this meaningful initiative, which aligns with our commitment to making legal knowledge more accessible to the public.
