On Thursday, November 23, 2023, Kudun Sukhumananda, founding partner of Kudun & Partners signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Legal Academic Cooperation and Legal Profession Development with the Faculty of Law of Chulalongkorn University (@lawchulastagram). Dr. Pareena Srivanit, Assistant Professor of Law Chula represented the university on this momentous signing ceremony.
The agreement aims to boost collaboration among legal academia and contribute to the advancement of the Thai legal profession through joint initiatives. This collaboration involves planning and executing extracurricular activities for law students at Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Law. Notable programs include ‘Essential Skills for Legal Practice,’ ‘LawLab,’ and ‘THE LAWNCH PAD for lawyers,’ which are accessible to law students from any Thai school.
This effort highlights the importance of cooperation between Law Chula, the legal institute, Kudun & Partners, and other law firms, all working towards the common goal of the long-term development of the Thai legal community by exchanging experiences and knowledge.
